That is one of the greatest features Green Pastures has to offer. We understand every customer is different and we have programs that can be personally customized to fit your specific needs. Below you will find the 6 step process that is typically completed for the best results.>
April/Round 1 — 18-0-5 80% slow-release EPIC coated 90-day granular fertilizer with Dimension Pre-Emergent crabgrass control.
May/Round 2 — Blanket spray liquid broadleaf weed control.
June/Round 3 — 32-0-8 50% slow-release POLY coated granular fertilizer with Liquid grub control. Spot treat for broadleaf weeds. Spot treat as necessary for post-emerged crabgrass.
August/Round 4 — 29-0-5 80% slow-release EPIC coated 90-day fertilizer. Spot treat for broadleaf weeds.
September/Round 5 — Blanket spray liquid broadleaf weed control.
October/Round 6 — Foliar Pak 0-0-9 Armament Liquid fertilizer.
Core Aeration
Many people find that core aeration greatly improves the health of their lawn. We find that fall is the best time to do that. The process of aeration removes 2-4 inch plugs out of the ground, leaving little holes in it for water, grass seed, and fertilizer to enter. Aeration allows your soil to breathe and allows the grass roots to receive enough water and fertilizer to successfully grow.
Grass Seeding
With our experience and training, we will guide you through choosing the grass seed mixture that is best for your particular lawn. With the latest techniques and equipment, we professionally plant seeds strategically throughout your yard, resulting in thick, lush turf.
