That is one of the greatest features Green Pastures has to offer. We understand every customer is different and we have programs that can be personally customized to fit your specific needs. Below you will find the 6 step process that is typically completed for the best results.
Round 1: 18-0-5 80% slow-release 90-day granular fertilizer with Dimension Pre-Emergent crabgrass control.
Round 2: Blanket spray liquid broadleaf weed control.
Round 3: 32-0-8 50% slow-release granular fertilizer. Spot treat broadleaf weeds and post-emerged crabgrass.
Round 4: Blanket spray liquid grub control and fungicide. Spot treat weeds and post-emerged crabgrass.
Round 5: 29-0-5 80% slow-release 90-day fertilizer. Spot treat broadleaf weeds.
Round 6: Blanket spray liquid broadleaf weed control.
Round 7: Spray Liquid Armament fertilizer.
Core Aeration
Many people find that core aeration greatly improves the health of their lawn. We find that fall is the best time to do that. The process of aeration removes 2-4 inch plugs out of the ground, leaving little holes in it for water, grass seed, and fertilizer to enter. Aeration allows your soil to breathe and allows the grass roots to receive enough water and fertilizer to successfully grow.
